An action oriented person that promotes strategic change, I’ve developed quite early strong leadership skills, acknowledged in very diverse environments , leading international teams as General Manager, Sales, Marketing and Human Resources Director.

With a wide experience as International Human Resources Director, mainly in international business transformation strategies and centres of excellence, I do maximize the contribution of HR to the business strategy, guaranteeing its implementation.

From my main achievements I would highlight:

From the development of a pilot business model with 300 employees, to the global transformation of the business model with the implementation of a new 3000 people organization, achieving in parallel the best communication and engagement results.

Best practice in a proactive selection process of senior sales & marketing executives, with flat costs and an efficiency improvement of 23%.

Taking a multi brand M&A of 4 international entities to triple its results, together with the best customer and employee satisfaction indexes, including resource optimization, competencies development, talent management and cultural changes.

I keep an active collaboration with prime universities, business schools, industry and entrepreneurial associations, senior global executives, mainly through programs and personal services that optimize the contribution of the line leaders to the HR strategy, developing their leadership skills, in full alignment with the business strategy.
